Isn’t this a great house? Not only very grand and historic looking on the outside, but the inside still has its original hardwood floors and woodwork intact.

Mount Vernon is located about 40 miles northeast of Columbus and has been recognized historically as an "All American City" and frequently highlighted as one of Ohio's best hometowns. With a population of around 17,000 and a very low crime rate, seems like a wonderful opportunity at the current listing price of just $200K!

Just look at the beautiful architectural details on the windows and trim! This property is just dying for some love and a little facelift and of course, AI and I were happy to oblige. :)

I had AI update the columns on the porch, change the siding color to gray, and change out the old shingles for new, architectural shingles…because AI does cheap roof replacements. Ha.

Working around the current shrubs and some of the original landscaping, I had AI give it a boost! Isn’t it gorgeous?
