Clocking in at just over 4500 square feet, this property definitely gives me ‘compound’ vibes! It almost looks like several extensions have been added over the years, but I couldn’t tell for sure. Maybe not. What I do know is that it boasts a lot of space and a nice 1.37-acre lot to spread out on!

Updating the garage doors, adding new lighting, a transom window over the front door, and changing the trim color to a dark taupe definitely helped make this home feel much more current. Re-thinking the landscaping and adding new plants and shrubs—something the new owner could easily complete over a long-weekend—absolutely elevates the curb appeal and makes it feel much more cohesive!

I wanted to give you a glimpse inside.
The sunroom has a gorgeous fireplace and what appears to me to be slate floors. But looking at it in its original state, it might be difficult for potential buyers to really understand a true purpose for this room. It just looks so dated and not very welcoming.

Using the same taupe paint applied on the exterior trim, I had AI enclose one of the open shelves next to the fireplace and paint the surrounding brick, paneling, and shelves. To make it feel even more like a destination space, I added a rustic chandelier, oversized sisal area rug, and comfortable furnishings.
Now doesn’t this sunroom feel like a space you would want to hang out and spend some time in? I think it absolutely does!
