The course you are ordering is in downloadable PDF format and is printable if you would like to print it. If you prefer to attend an in-person Home Staging Expert® workshop, visit our website calendar to find a scheduled workshop in your area.
*To receive your Continuing Education Credits for this course, you will be required to complete our final project which consists of staging a room...either vacant or occupied...and emailing before and after photos to us along with a synopsis of what you did and why. This is the best way for us to determine that you understood the materials and we aren’t sending you out there blindly. It is a very fun final project and will give you some hands-on practice in staging a home for market. We do not require professional photos, but the work must be done by you. There is no deadline to complete. And remember, it is just one room, not an entire house! You may use your own home for this project or one of your listings. The final project is included at the end of this course and there is no additional fee to complete!
Once your final project has been submitted, we will report your Continuing Education Credits to the state. It will be up to you to determine how many CE Credits your state requires for each cycle and how many CE Credits you must complete to re-new your Real Estate License. The CE Credits offered for this course count as Elective CE Credits ONLY and do not fulfill any other Continuing Education requirements.
